DECLARATION
- I declare that the film/documentary was produced between 1st September 2009 and 31st Aug 2010 .
- I declare that I am of Asian
Pacific Origin i.e one parent is native of one of the countries mentioned in the eligibility and criteria.
OR
- I am a citizen of one of the countries mentioned in the eligibility and criteria.
- I will obtain permission / grant consent to the organisers of the Awards to use short extracts from the film or documentary for publicity as may be required for screening at nomination and award night functions and for telecast / satellite broadcast / cable viewing/ digital transmission, etc leading up to the award night ceremony as may be required.
- I undertake to respect the decision of the
Directorate and Jury as full and final.

APPENDIX 1
- Costs of courier of tapes for submission will be the responsibility of the
producer or person submitting the entry.
- In the event that films are selected for screening at the Festival, all costs of shipping prints, including customs, insurance and return shipping are the responsibility of the producer
of the filme / documentary
- No film maybe withdrawn once it has entered the selection process
- In cases of copyright infringement, be they local or international, the submitting producer shall be held directly responsible. The Festival Directorate will not be held liable.
- The Directorate of the Festival reserves the right to settle all cases unforeseen in the laying out of the above rules, as well as to allow exceptions to these where or when it is deemed necessary.
- Nominees in each award category are expected to attend the Award Ceremony
- Adequate publicity and promotional material must accompany the films short-listed to be screened at the Festival
